Often if our confidence is sinking it seems like it will take some sort of magic to get ourselves motivated.  Nope – No magic required!

Change for the Better
Being motivated doesn’t just happened magically or perhaps overnight. It’s accompanied with lots of changes. These changes are necessary to fulfill the need for confidence and other factors such as determination and commitment. Don’t be intimidated with any changes, it’s only a matter of time before you get used to them. And besides, it’s for the better.

Changing a habit doesn’t have to be complicated. Remember our motto? Keep It Straightforward and Simple! There is really only a few things you need to know – the basic steps of habit change:

  1. Have a written plan – put it where you can see it several times a day
  2. Identify a specific behavior you want to change and what you want to use as a replacement.
  3. Focus on doing the replacement habit every single time the trigger happen, for about 30 days

Now you are ready to work on additional behaviors – working on too many at one time is a set up for failure.
