Limited parking is available in the parking lot, entrances to lot on 11th/12th streets

Building Information

Enter the main entrance of the parking lot. Located on the first floor around to the right.

Additional Information

  • Doors will be open 30 minutes before class start time. The class will start promptly on time, so plan to arrive a few minutes early.
  • Anyone arriving more than 15 minutes after the start of class will not be admitted. This is required by the contract that allows us to offer these classes and we are not allowed any flexibility.
  • No refreshments are provided, and convenient options are limited.
  • Only those enrolled in the class may attend.
  • There is no child or pet care available, please do not bring them with you.
  • Please contact us in advance to make arrangements for any disability-related needs, including service animals.

Community Agencies

Community Agencies who wish to register a client for a class without a credit card, please contact us for other options If you are being sponsored by a community partner, please note that we will only share attendance information with them, unless there is a signed ROI. Please contact your worker for more information.

Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel a class if minimum enrollments are not met. Notice of cancellation will be made by phone or email one business day prior to the start of the class at which time participants will be offered the option of another class, space permitting, credit towards a future class, or a full refund.

Limited Refund Policy

Our classes are small in order to provide individual attention to each participant. Because your registration holds one of those few spaces in class for you, changes or refunds will only be provided if you notify us in writing at least 7 days prior to the start of the session. Otherwise, you will forfeit the entire registration fee. There will be no credit for missed classes or transfers to other classes. We do this because we schedule our instructors based on class registrations.

If we announce a class as “SOLD OUT” (on our website) no credit will be given after that announcement has been posted as you have taken a space that could have been purchased by another participant.

 

We do not acknowledge or accept refund requests over the phone. Please send a written refund request via email to ten.ytilibaefil@nimda or via regular mail to LifeAbility 1125 SE Madison #103B, Portland, OR 97214. Include the name of all participants, phone number, email address, the name of the class, start date and method of payment.
