So when should I suggest this course to my tenants/applicants?
- As an alternative for Conditional Approval applicants
- Eviction prevention—before small problems turn into big ones (for otherwise good tenants who “just didn’t know”)
- Offer as part of overall ‘Right to Remedy’ strategy
- New renters, or not in the rental market since 2009
- New to Oregon renters – laws vary a lot in other places
